Are you sick and tired of …

Worrying about your work and your studies?

Of having difficulty focusing?

Wondering where to start to get things done?

I am here because I want:

  • To help you determine where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.

  • To support you and provide accountability. Because support & accountablity are proven to improve your success.

  • To provide a space that is safe, confidential, free of judgement, where you can be yourself.

I help persons with ADHD or ADHD tendencies plan, organize and prioritize their work, so they can increase productivity, and meet deadlines, without being overwhelmed.

Have you tried to-do lists, sticky notes & agenda reminders to help organize your work? You may have put in tons of late nights too (and lots of coffee.) And you’re still struggling!? It’s time for a new approach.

My Approach

When working with persons with ADHD, I use a coaching model that integrates education techniques and some simple project management tools, with the goal of improving your executive skills. Because when you have ADHD, it’s important to strengthen your executive skills.

I use proven methods established by ADHD Experts Peg Dawson, Richard Guare and Russell A. Barkley. These tools and techniques help you increase productivity and manage your time effectively!

ADHD or ADHD tendencies

Increasing productivity by getting organized, planning, prioritizing, and focusing on a task or project is hard.

It can be harder if you are going back to work in the office, even if it’s just two days per week.

Maybe you need support with scheduling your time, planning or prioritizing your work, organizing your work area or even cutting out distractions.

I’m not sure if it’s for you, but it maybe time to start a new way of doing things.

What Some People Are Saying

“I love working with Isabelle.  I like her calm approach to helping me work out a way forward with whatever challenge I am facing.

She has a gift for noticing clues in my body or in how I describe an issue and uses these to help me see where my thoughts about something are making it harder for me to move forward.

After a coaching session with Isabelle, I often have a renewed sense of energy for the work I need to do to achieve my goals.”

What is coaching?

The Harvard Business Review (D. Coutu & C. Kauffman, 2009) describes coaching as a process that borrows from consulting and therapy.

Coaching will help if you are at a point where you feel stuck, discouraged, and want to quit. Coaching is used to help you determine what you want and how to achieve the transformation you want to see in your life.

As your coach, I meet you where you’re at. Together we’ll find the missing pieces to move you forward. Once this is clear, we’ll establish the steps for you to take to reach your goals. And I will support you along the way.

As you do the work towards your goals, we check in, evaluate and make adjustments to your action plan.

Ultimately, coaching is about you taking action toward a happier future.
